We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant for our office in

Nairn. Duties will include answering and directing phone calls, processing

telephone orders and payments using Sage 50 Accounts and scheduling

deliveries.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an administrative role

Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

Proficiency in MS Office and Sage

Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work

Attention to detail and problem solving skills

Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task

Full-time role -

40 per week October - March,

20-30 per week March - September

Pay dependent on experience.
