Chef - must have a minimum of 1 years’ experience as a chef

Waiting staff
Bar staff
Kitchen Porter

Previous experience in the above roles would be an advantage but not essential as full training will be given

Hours as follows:

30 hours minimum for chef and bar/waiting
16 hours minimum for kitchen porter
