Job Placement Summary

  • preparing, cooking and presenting items from our main menu
    • ensuring the quality of dishes are of a high standard on all occasions 
    • maintaining good stock control and storage of food, equipment and cleaning items
    • adhering to food safety procedures at all times
    • ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness within the kitchen
  • Assist in the preparation, cooking and serving of food and beverages as instructed.
  • Setting up and clearing down after service
  • To maintain good conduct, discipline and motivation within the department
  • Undertake on and off the job training as required by management.
  • Undertake any other duties that may be required for the effective operation of the catering establishment.

Essential Skills/Experience/Qualifications

Preferred experience, however full in house training will be provided for the successful candidates.
