Join STEM Starts and Moray Council Libraries Digital Team for a fun-filled STEM discovery session at the STEM Starts Discovery Centre in Elgin. Children and families can explore interactive exhibits and take part in hands-on science, technology, engineering, maths and digital activities designed to spark curiosity and creativity.

The STEM Starts programme aims to inspire a love of learning from an early age, helping children build confidence and develop future-ready skills through play and exploration. While activities are designed with children aged 3–8 in mind, there will be something for the whole family to enjoy.

Places are free but booking is essential. Children must be accompanied by an adult, and attendees are asked to bring grippy socks or indoor shoes for safe exploration of the centre.

Waddle Toddle is a free outdoor play group run by Earthtime in partnership with Mum Days. Taking place monthly in Cooper Park, Elgin, the sessions encourage families with young children to enjoy nature, build social connections, and take part in relaxed outdoor play activities.
